​All rentals are first come first serve. Although we only require two week's notice on orders, we do tend to book up months ahead of time. Last minute orders will be accepted based on our delivery, labor, + stock availability, so please call early!

We charge based on area of event, items ordered, breakdown, + extra if time of delivery or breakdown is outside of store hours. Tents and their accessories are completely set up by Westmont Party. However, chairs and linens are not included in setup. They will be dropped off, but not opened.

The day Westmont Party will deliver is determined the week of your event. We check for weather and our staff availability. In the summer months, it is not uncommon for a Sunday event to have their tent delivered early morning on a Sunday due to inventory availability. Otherwise, we prefer to deliver between Wednesday- Friday, but the date is never guaranteed.

Time varies for setup depending on the scale of the order. We typically can install in under an hour. The customer does not have to be at the location at the time of setup, but it is encouraged.

To reschedule your order, you must do so at least five days prior to your event date+ rentals are not guaranteed for your new date, but we will try our best to work with you. Cancellations must be at least five days notice on all orders. Deposits are non-refundable if under five days notice. Any linens, balloon creations, + balloons blown up will be charged in full if rescheduled or cancelled under five days notice.

You absolutely can rent only the tent. The cost of the tent remains the same. We include the tables and chairs for free in the package, so therefore we do not offer any discounts on tables or chairs not rented.

As it states above, we only offer the White or Black chairs in the tent package. The Gold Chiavari chairs are NOT part of this package. If you opt for these chairs instead of the ones in the package, then you will be charged in full for each chair.

Absolutely, yes! All of our tents are able to be connected to create a unique space to fit your needs! We even go the extra mile and put gutters in between each tent connection so no rain can get through. Our tent specialist can design the layout and measure your space if needed.
